After stuffing two years’ worth of clothing and school supplies into two huge suitcases, I was ready to go. I didn’t have time to be sad, just stressed. TICKETS!!!
Hey guys, I’ve got some exciting news.
I BOUGHT THE TICKETS!!!
I’m officially flying out on August 31st, in the evening, and arriving in Aarhus, Denmark the following day.
This was, without a doubt, THE MOST harrowing ticket-buying experience I have ever had. I won’t give you the gory details, but I’m now the not-so-proud owner of my very first credit card, acquired specifically for this very purpose several days ago. My debt to Bank of America, however, is overshadowed by the debt of my gratitude towards StudentUniverse, for being the ONLY WEBSITE that could find me one-way tickets to a small city in Scandinavia for less than $1,000.
The countdown begins…
